Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Chicago - Northbrook/Deerfield

It is pretty much what you would expect from chain lodging. The beds are comfortable, and the room is clean. The front staff is pleasant and helpful. There are a few restaurants in the area, although if you are walking, there is a large street to cross to get to a couple of them. It isn't impossible, just a bigger street.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The check in and check out process was very easy. There was a problem with our room at first and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different room right away. Overall, great value for what we paid on short notice. Free parking is always great to have.

The cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The shower had a good pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked fine.

We wanted an inexpensive, comfortable, no frills, but clean room, and that's exactly what we got. It was very clean, liked the fridge, and good water pressure in the shower..Would definitely stay here again.
